What drew you to the plumbing trade?

Honestly, I liked that it was real, hands-on work with a clear result. You show up, you fix the problem, and the homeowner's day gets better. That immediate impact is something I've always appreciated about this trade.

What types of jobs do you handle most?

A lot of drain work, leak repairs, and fixture replacements. I also do a fair amount of emergency calls — burst pipes, sudden leaks, that kind of thing. I stay calm under pressure and I think that matters a lot when a homeowner is stressed.

How do you make sure customers feel comfortable during a job?

I explain what I'm doing and why before I start. Nobody wants a stranger in their home doing mysterious work. If I keep them informed and treat their space with respect, they relax — and the job goes smoother for everyone.

What's the Father and Sons difference from your perspective?

We actually care. That sounds simple but it's not common. Jo sets the tone from the top — do the job right, be honest about what it costs, and treat people well. I've worked for companies that didn't operate that way, and the difference is night and day.
